It seems I was always a runner too. W...Hi Steve, <br /><br />It seems I was always a runner too. When I was 42 I had an operation on my hip and had to stop running. It was as if I had lost a good friend! About 5 years later I decided to try running again, and found I could do it without pain. Oh, how glorious that was (and is)! <br /><br />Sometimes it's easy to take the gifts that we have for granted.
